Ordering Info

The ordering process :

1. Your order is placed at the store.  If you have selected Paypal as your form of payment then you will be directed there.  Once completed you will return to the store.

2. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

3. Your order will then be processed for shipping.

4. Once your item has been posted you will receive an update email confirming this.

The confirmation email will include the order number and items ordered.  Use this number if you have any queries about your order.

If you don't receive the initial order confirmation email please check your spam filter.  You may need to add us to your approved email list. If the email is not located then drop us an email, most likely the order has not gone through properly, but we'll check it out to be sure :)
